Custom Hockey Pucks - Shipping Information

Once the order has been finalized and payment is authorized, your custom pucks are ready for shipping within 7 days (3 days for RUSH orders) . We print your logo or personalized pucks using our leading-edge UV digital printer.

Orders are shipped using UPS or Purolator and should reach the destination in less than 2-6 business days.

Customers assume all responsibility for orders once they leave our office. Signature and insurance options are available at the time of checkout.

Shipping cost and quote

>Cost of shipping is based on the number of pucks you purchase. The weight of 100 pucks is 38 pounds. It is expensive to ship hockey pucks. Click here to calculate the estimated shipping cost. You will need to enter your ZipCode or Postal Code and the number of pucks. This link will give you all the options about shipping time and cost.

CustomHockeyPuck sells and ships to Canadian and American customers only.

Tracking your order

We will e-mail you a tracking number the day your order is shipped. The email will be from UPS(for USA) or Purolator. Often those emails go in the spam box.

Can I Change The Shipping Address on my Order?

No sorry, the shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed. Email us at info@CustomHockeyPuck.com for any questions that you may have.

When will I receive my custom pucks?

When you enter your shipping address during checkout, each available shipping method will provide you with estimated shipping and delivery dates. If we have a problem to ship on time, we will let you know. The delivery date is an estimated date and is not guarantee. It will be the responsibility of the UPS or Purolator to deliver on time. Most orders for printed pucks are during the winter and storms can delay delivery. If you can, order early to avoid disappointment.

International Shipping for custom hockey pucks

CustomHockeyPuck ship to US and Canada only. We don't offer International Shipping.

NOTE for US customers - CustomHockeyPuck is committed to maintaining efficient and cost-effective service for our valued US customers. CustomHockeyPuck will cover the cost of any tariffs and we guarantee that the price you pay at checkout will be the total price for your order. NO tariffs will be charged to the customer. You will not be billed for any custom duties charged upon delivery.
