Custom Hockey Pucks - Return Policy
We stand behind our products 100 percent. If you are not completely
satisfied, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Because all custom hockey pucks are made to order with your specific logo, design, or text, most customized products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error in production. This is standard practice in the custom sports merchandise industry, where personalized items cannot be resold once produced. We strongly recommend reviewing your artwork, spelling, and order details carefully before submitting your request to ensure complete accuracy and satisfaction with your final product.
If you receive a defective or incorrect order, please contact our team as soon as possible with photos and order details so we can review the issue and provide a resolution. We will do our best to achieve an exact colour match your
logo. Colour matching is limited by various situations beyond our control,
such as the hue/contrast settings of computer monitors.
Please note that while we make every effort possible to ensure the maximum durability of our pucks, using custom pucks for game play will result in damage to the logo. The abrasive surface of the ice, intense compression from slapshots, skate blades, and a myriad of other factors make for an incredibly damaging environment. Because of the wide range of environments and conditions any given puck may face, we cannot guarantee how long a custom puck can be used for game play before its logo displays damage.
During processing, shipping, and customs, occasionally products will be damaged. We do inspect each order before it ships out to you. As soon as your order is received, please inspect it for damages. You have 5 days from when the order was delivered to report any damage. If you do find any damage, please take a photo of the damaged product and packaging and send it to info@CustomHockeyPuck.com.
Manufacturer warranties still apply to hockey pucks.
Cancellations
You must notify CustomHockeyPuck via email of your intent to cancel order prior to the order being sent to production. We will do everything we can to cancel your order in time if it has not yet been produced. Once an order has been sent to production, printed, and/or produced, we CANNOT cancel it. We reserves the right to refuse an order cancellation if we are not able to stop processing. After the design is approved we will not be liable. Orders that are eligible for cancellation will be issued a refund.
