First time ordering custom pucks, so not much to compare to- but it was a great experience. I got the impression that the owner of the company was directly answering my emails, and was prompt and helpful each time. I went with CustomHockeyPuck.com after looking at a few different vendors. I chose them because they had the greatest flexibility in terms of quantity, and claimed to use high-quality pucks and have high-quality production. CustomHockeyPuck.com met or exceeded those expectations, and the personal touch was a pleasant surprise. I can't speak to durability since I am saving the pucks for a special event- but they look good. They state that they clean the pucks prior to printing, and it appears that I can see the evidence of cleaning on the printed surface. Lastly, I was pleased with how fast they came, in spite of shipping from Canada to Alaska. I have already placed a second order based on my initial experience.

The logo is raised ever so slightly on top of the pucks, which makes me worry a little bit about whether or not they'll hold up on the ice, but other reviews have said they do so I'm confident mine will be the same. Pucks arrived about one week ahead of time expected, so that was a nice benefit. However, much of the ink wore off after the first pre-game warm-up. Logo's look great, just don't last long at all. Very nice service and accessible.

The chemical added to the water in the Zamboni is very hard for the logo. We noticed that some arena using hot water with less chemical the logo last much longer.

The pucks came in 3 boxes, one of them primarily heavy and it ripped in the shipping, pucks came lose in the delivery truck and unless I count them, unknown if I am missing any. The other 2 boxes are smaller and perfectly packed. I would suggest to pack smaller boxes or send them in heavier packaging. Otherwise, the product is great.

The pucks showed up exactly as they were depicted on the proof. Francis worked with me until we were completely satisfied with our design and he made it really easy. The pucks were a huge hit at our tournament. The logo wore off after one game, but they were purchased as memorabilia for the participants and not for game play. Overall these will be used again and our association will be returning to do more business in the future.

This is the 2nd batch of pucks sourced from customhockeypuck.com and we are quite happy with them. Printing quality was great and they held up well to game play given the abuse they take. I was very happy with the end product, as well as the time it took to get the pucks; it arrived 2-days before schedule. The size was according to spec. I used the pucks as a Hockey Themed giveaway at a golf tournament. I needed some help with the Tournament Theme Design and Francis was a great help. My modified LOGO was a hit. I had custom pucks made for my husband who suddenly passed away. He loved everything hockey so when u found the pucks I knew it was a great way to remember him by giving out to guest at his service. Francis was extremely helpful. I had placed my order online and had called a few time to add/make changes to the puck and Francis did so without hesitation. Once everyone sees them I will be ordering more and i paid extra to ensure they got here and they arrived a week or so earlier.

Had a minor issue with the website, but Francis was very responsive in helping me get the order through. Product arrived when promised. Some of the logos on the pucks were a bit scuffed, likely happening in shipping as the boxes arrived split and in rough shape. Only suggestion would be to ship in double wall boxes instead of single wall due to the weight of this product. Overall a good experience, would recommend this company
